These Terms & Conditions apply to all persons who purchase a ticket, attend, sponsor, participate in, partner with, volunteer at, supply to, or otherwise engage with Race to Raise.
By purchasing a ticket, submitting an enquiry, confirming attendance, participating in the event, accepting a sponsor allocation, attending as a guest, or entering the event premises, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of the Event
Race to Raise is a Monarc-produced commercial event incorporating private hospitality, networking, entertainment, motorsport-related experiences, partner activations, fundraising initiatives and charitable support.
Race to Raise proudly supports Kids With Cancer Foundation. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the event is not operated by Kids With Cancer Foundation and Monarc remains responsible for event production, ticketing, sponsorship management, supplier coordination and event delivery.
2. Charity Contribution
Race to Raise includes fundraising initiatives intended to support Kids With Cancer Foundation.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing:
not all ticket revenue, sponsorship revenue or event revenue is donated to charity;
event revenue may be applied toward venue hire, motorsport costs, safety requirements, insurance, medical services, production, staffing, catering, entertainment, marketing, supplier costs, platform fees, taxes, administration, Monarc’s agreed management fee and other event-related costs;
charitable contributions may include designated donations, auction proceeds, pledge contributions, sponsor-nominated contributions and/or a defined portion of net proceeds after costs.
Monarc will use reasonable efforts to ensure that any stated charitable contribution or fundraising allocation is recorded and reconciled appropriately after the event.
No person may represent that “all proceeds”, “100% of proceeds”, or “all profits” are donated to Kids With Cancer Foundation unless Monarc has expressly approved that wording in writing.
3. Ticketing and Entry
All guests who are not attending under an approved sponsor, partner, corporate or complimentary allocation must hold a valid ticket for entry.
Entry is not guaranteed without:
a valid ticket or approved guest allocation;
accurate attendee registration details;
compliance with these Terms & Conditions;
compliance with venue, safety, licensing and conduct requirements.
Monarc reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal, reputational, operational or behavioural reasons.
Tickets must not be resold, transferred or advertised for resale without Monarc’s written approval.
4. Sponsor, Partner and Corporate Allocations
Sponsor, partner and corporate packages may include guest allocations, branding rights, activation rights, hospitality inclusions, driving experiences or other benefits.
All sponsor and partner benefits are subject to:
written confirmation by Monarc;
timely payment;
timely provision of logos, brand assets and guest details;
venue, safety and operational restrictions;
approval by Monarc and, where relevant, the venue or third-party suppliers.
Monarc may refuse, amend or remove any sponsor activation, signage, material, conduct or brand use that is inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, reputationally damaging, logistically impractical or inconsistent with the event’s positioning.
Large sponsorship packages must be arranged directly with Monarc and should not be purchased through public ticket checkout unless Monarc expressly permits this.
5. Payments, Fees and Taxes
All prices are stated in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified.
Ticket prices, sponsorship fees, partner fees and package prices may be subject to GST, booking fees, card fees, platform fees or other charges.
Payment terms for sponsors and partners will be set out in the relevant invoice, proposal, agreement or written confirmation.
Failure to pay by the required date may result in cancellation of the relevant ticket, package, sponsorship rights, branding rights, activation rights or guest allocation.
6. Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
Unless required by law, tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for:
change of mind;
inability to attend;

7. Event Changes
Monarc may change the event format, timing, program, agenda, suppliers, entertainment, food and beverage, driving elements, auction items, guest experiences, activations or venue arrangements where reasonably necessary.
This may occur due to safety requirements, weather, supplier availability, venue requirements, operational needs, legal obligations, force majeure events or circumstances outside Monarc’s control.
No refund will be owed solely because of reasonable changes to the event program or format.
